Policies

Below are a few of our policies. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us.

Payment

Session fees are due at the time photographs are taken. A deposit of $50.00 is required before the proofbooks leave the studio. The deposit will be applied to your order when placed. If an order is not placed 1 month after deposit is made the deposit will be automatically applied to the proofbook cost. When ordering, half of the total order amount is due the day that the order is placed and the balance is due before any portraits leave the studio.

Glasses

If you wear glasses and are unable to remove the lenses, we ask that you borrow a matching pair of frames without lenses from your optometrist. Otherwise artwork will be needed and $15.00 will be added to your bill.

Postage

There is a minimum of $3.00 charge for your pictures to be mailed to you and a $2.00 charge for every $100 that your portraits are worth.

Appointments

Appointments are required for session and for session orders. Please do not randomly stop in to place an order. If you stop to order we will schedule a time that day for you to come back with your order.
